Accessibility isn’t just a compliance box or a post-production chore, it’s a powerful creative, strategic, and audience-building tool. This session, led by Reel Abilities co-founder Isaac Zablocki, invites filmmakers Liz Sargent (Take Me Home), and Sheridan ODonnell (Rising Phoenix: A New Revolution) to rethink accessibility as part of their artistic vision and as a practical way to expand the reach and impact of their work. We’ll explore how captions, audio description, and accessible workflows help films connect with broader audiences, build trust, and add real value to a distribution strategy.
Tickets are $19 ($14 for IFC Center members). Tickets are non-refundable. A transcript, chat and recording will be emailed to all registrants.
