WORLD PREMIERE As Daniel Radcliffe’s stunt double in the Harry Potter films, David Holmes’ work has been seen worldwide by millions of people. Tragically an on-set accident ended what David calls “the best job in the world,” leaving him paralyzed and confined to a wheelchair. Like the on-screen character he helped bring to life, David is determined to continue seeking adventure and living life to the fullest despite mounting obstacles. With the support of his family, Radcliffe, and close friendships from the Harry Potter films, David’s personal outlook proves to be a heartrending story of bravery and resiliency. - Jaie Laplante
The first screening will be followed by a Q&A with director Dan Hartley, subject David Holmes, editor Kevin Konak, and special guest Daniel Radcliffe.
All in-person screening venues provide sound amplification headphones upon request with venue management. IFC Center can also provide a T-Coil loop for compatible devices.
